Fakturoid for Bitrix24 is operated by vJednom s.r.o. Send support and privacy requests to support@vjednom.cz.

The app processes Bitrix24 OAuth tokens, Fakturoid OAuth tokens, Fakturoid account connection metadata, synchronization state, operation logs, app settings, billing state, and identifiers needed to link records between Bitrix24 and Fakturoid.

This data is processed to provide the integration: synchronizing Fakturoid subjects to CRM companies, creating Fakturoid invoices from smart invoices, writing Fakturoid metadata back to CRM, synchronizing payment status, providing diagnostics, and enforcing plan entitlements.

Tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Webhook secrets are stored only as hashes. Business data remains primarily in Bitrix24 and Fakturoid; the backend stores only data required for integration, diagnostics, settings, and billing.

Operation logs and database backups are retained only as long as necessary to operate, support, secure, and recover the service. SQLite backups use a safe process compatible with WAL mode.

Related processors and services include Bitrix24, Fakturoid, and the hosting infrastructure used to operate the backend. Access is restricted through system permissions and service hardening.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion through the support contact. Uninstalling the app stops normal integration operation for that portal; support handles requests to delete backend data.
