End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Fakturoid for Bitrix24
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and vJednom s.r.o.
This EULA governs your acquisition and use of the Fakturoid for Bitrix24 software ("Software") directly from vJednom s.r.o. or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor of vJednom s.r.o. (a "Reseller").
Please read this EULA carefully before completing installation and using the Software. It grants a license to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
If you register for a free trial of the Software, this EULA also governs that trial. By installing or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to be bound by this EULA.
If you enter into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you lack that authority or disagree with these terms, do not install or use the Software and do not accept this EULA.
This EULA applies only to the Software supplied by vJednom s.r.o., regardless of whether other software is referred to or described here. These terms also apply to updates, supplements, internet-based services, and support services for the Software provided by vJednom s.r.o., unless other terms accompany those items. In that case, those other terms apply.
License Grant
vJednom s.r.o. grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Fakturoid for Bitrix24 on a Bitrix24 portal under your control in accordance with this EULA.
You are responsible for ensuring that your Bitrix24 portal, Fakturoid account, internet browser, and necessary software meet the requirements of the Software.
You may not:
- Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change all or any part of the Software; combine or incorporate it into other software; decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer it; or attempt any such action.
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for an unauthorized commercial purpose.
- Allow a third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of another third party.
- Use the Software in a way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law.
- Use the Software for a purpose that constitutes a breach of this EULA.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
vJednom s.r.o. retains ownership of the Software as originally downloaded or installed and of all subsequent downloads or installations. The Software, its copyright, all other intellectual property rights in it, and any modifications remain the property of vJednom s.r.o.
vJednom s.r.o. reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.
Termination
This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and continues until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by written notice to vJednom s.r.o.
This EULA terminates immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms. On termination, the licenses granted by this EULA end immediately and you agree to stop accessing and using the Software. Provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive termination.
Governing Law
This EULA and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
